The Requirement : The client wanted to set up a 10 floor facility for 1200 users in Bangalore . The opportunity included for solutions integration which includes Structured Cabling, LAN Switching and WAN infrastructure for unified data and voice communication using IP Telephony and IP Contact Centre applications
The solution : Netsol helped integrate and deploy the complete solution based on Cisco AVVIS and Cisco IPCC, utilizing a common set of business rules and reporting functions across locations.
Netsol was involved in the project for requirement collection, evaluation, solution design, liasoning for common infrastructure approval, product supply, product deployment integration, training and handover
