Client Context : Our client is one of India 's largest nationalized banks with over 80+ years of existence. They have over 1100+ branches, spread across 21 states and 150+ cities in India. The bank was migrating to a core banking application from a distributed application model.

The Requirement : The requirement was to provide an IT infrastructure that was scalable, reliable and highly available to the bank's customers. In summary, the bank required the following things to be done:

  • Design and deploy WAN Network connecting over 1000 branches
  • Multi-service network including data, voice & video
  • 24 x 7 x 365 support for an IT infrastructure that includes:
    • Routers: 600+ Nos.
    • Servers: 300+ Nos.
    • Links: 800+ Nos.
