Monitor Network performance and Quality of Service using SNAPPiMON for a large multinational bank.

Customer Context : The customer is a leading multinational bank with a well established presence in India and focus on leveraging IT infrastructure to support its customer centric business.

The Requirement : The primary requirement for the customer was to understand the network performance from both real-time and historical perspectives and also to monitor their WAN's Quality of Service (QoS) policies.

After evaluating several products and solutions, the customer chose to implement SNAPPiMON to help it get a better insight in to its network performance.
