Customer Context : The customer is a leading multinational bank with a well established presence in India and focus on leveraging IT infrastructure to support its customer centric business.
The Requirement : The primary requirement for the customer was to understand the network performance from both real-time and historical perspectives and also to monitor their WAN's Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
