Analyze and understand learning needs: Ability to assist clients to determine key human performance issues and provide recommendations on how to most effectively address those issues (both conventional and non conventional interventions)

Program Development and Program Delivery: Experience in developing content for and delivery of Behavioral Skills training's, primarily Customer Service, Team Leadership, Business Communication, Leadership programs and Manager Development Programs using Adult Learning Principles
- Evaluation: Experience in implementing Learning Evaluation methods - across levels 1-4 if possible
- Should have experience in client interface in training need assessment and program development, exposure to organizational development exercises like assessment centers and mentoring will be good.
- Should be willing to work in an unstructured dynamic environment where the audience could include employees ranging from entry level to senior management. Should take initiative in customer relations and solutioning
