Skills Requirment

- End to End responsibility for Problem Records
- Investigate Root Cause on request from the Service Manager
- Assess data in order to identify and record Problem Records, or relate incidents to existing problems or known errors
- Classify, and assign Problem Records to relevant assignment groups
- Monitor the status and progress of problems; escalate to ensure KPIs are met
- Identify and Record Problems based on Trend Analysis
- Engage in identifying and resolving complex problems
- A Group Leader with good knowledge of the Service and related processes
- Responsibility for delivering steady state services
- Functionality, efficiency and capacity

- Be aware of the different Change Advisory Board’s (CAB)
- Be familiar with assessing the validity of a change request
- Should have conducted following activities in Change Management Process:
a) Filtering changes
b) Managing changes and the change process
c) Chairing the CAB and the CAB/Emergency committee
d) Reviewing and closing of Requests for Change (RFCs)
e) Management reporting and providing management information

- Managing Customer expectations from Technical Infrastructure/ Plan, schedule and conduct performance reviews with Customers and conduct Customer satisfaction surveys where applicable
- Monitor Project delivery quality, cost and track profitability of contract and assist in continuous improvements of delivery processes and quality
