he jury panel, which sat down to decide upon the awards, was most unanimous on Netsol's name-in fact the company's name got panel's approval almost without a debate, unlike most other award categories. The company scored maximum on almost all the parameters that were set down to decide winners for the 'Most Successful Solution Provider' category. These were revenue size, CAGR for last three years, solution capability, qualified manpower and innovation.

In terms of revenue, not only Netsol had the highest figures among all other short-listed companies, its CAGR of 35% too was among the highest. Being a service-oriented organization, Netsol has one of the best service delivery models, which is a mix of on-site, near-site and remote support. In fact, its one of the few SI outfits in India boasting of a global management center for remote network management. The company was also the largest spender on training and skilling its workforce investing close to Rs 50 lakh last year. Currently two out of every three employees in the organization are certified.

What also set the company apart from most other contenders was its comprehensive quality and process- driven business. Netsol has adopted various frameworks like ITIL, BS 7799, and is currently in the process of acquiring BS 15000. It also has a unique distinction of being the only network integrator in the country to have acquired a SEI CMMi level 3 certification.
