Praveen Cherian – CEO

Praveen, a key member of IBM – GTS India Leadership Team, has 13 years of experience with IBM India. Praveen is an Engineer in Electronics and Communications with an MBA in Sales and Marketing. He has held a variety of responsibilities contributing to IBM’s success in India. Some of the key roles Praveen held include being a Country Executive - Marketing, Strategy and Transformation group for IBM Global Technology Services, India / South Asia, Services Group Executive heading four Services divisions for IBM India/South Asia Region, Country Manager – Networking, Site & Security Services, India/Sri Lanka and ITS Practice Leader - Wireless e-business, IBM Asia Pacific Region. A visionary and a great leader, Praveen Cherian continues to spearhead the Netsol management team post-acquisition.

Vinod Nair – COO

Vinod is no stranger to IBM, having held various key positions within IBM. Vinod has been with IBM India since 1997, first in IBM ACS cabling Services, Cisco and non-Cisco Alliance and then holding key positions in GTS Asia Pacific like Wireless e-business Services Leader, Digital Media Services Leader, RFID Solution Leader, Program Manager - Storage Services & Information Life cycle Management and Program Manager - Asia Pacific for Server, Storage & Data Services SPL within GTS.

Vinod is a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from MG University, Kerala..

Jagadish Kumar – CTO

Jagadish brings a wealth of experience with 13 years of IT experience, nine years of which is in the networking space. His earlier roles include Solutions Manager for multi SPL bids within Global Technology Services (GTS) in IBM and Head - country-wide pre-sales for networking business and IT at Netsol. Jagadish has previously worked for Honeywell ISO and Kindle Banking Systems as their IT Manager.

Jagadish holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University.

Chittor S Sendhilkumar – CFO

Sendhil has over 12 years of experience in Costing, Finance Planning, Accounting and other facets of finance in the IT industry across Manufacturing, Trading, BTO and Domestic services. At Netsol, he is responsible for Finance & Accounting and other support organizations. He has been with IBM for over 7 years and has experience across brands, with his last assignment being handling Accounting for IBM Daksh in Gurgaon. Sendhil started his career with the Income Tax Department and spent 2 years there before moving onto Wipro, where he had handled the Finance function for manufacturing and trading operations, based out of Pondicherry and also the Group accounts consolidation for Wipro Infotech.

He is a Qualified Cost & Works Accountant and also has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from University of Madras. He also has done an advanced diploma in Sales & Marketing from the National Institute of Sales.

Daniel Bandari – Head, Client Focus

Daniel Bandari heads the Client Focus division in Netsol. He has been with Netsol for 10 years and during his tenure with Netsol, Daniel has held various positions in marketing, sales, planning, delivery and operations. He has close to 16 years experience in the IT industry. Prior to Netsol he had worked for VXL Instruments Pvt Ltd and Advantec Network Pvt Ltd. He joined Netsol as Regional Manager, Sales and Operations in 1998.

Daniel is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Diploma in computer Application and Business Administration.

Ronald Devapalan K – HR Partner

Ronald brings with him 17 years of work experience, out of which 16 years is in HR, both as Business line HR as well as Core HR. He has worked in large Indian industrial houses and multinationals like Murugappa Group, ANZ Gridlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Scope International India Pvt etc. Prior to joining IBM, Ronald was heading the Australia Shared Services in ANZOTSS. In this role he had set up a 75 member shop which handles all HR, Payroll and Accounts Payable processes for employees of ANZ based out of Australia.

Ronald holds a post graduation degree in Social Works specialized in HR from the Madras School of Social Work affiliated to Madras University.

Abhijit Deshmukh – Country Manager – Assets Development Group

Abhijit has over 13 years of experience in Product & Services Engineering, Technology and Software Development. Abhijit has previously worked at iGATE Global Solutions, as a Senior Development Manager for a proprietary framework to address outsourcing relationship management, process automation, visibility and governance of outsourced services. Abhijit was also part of Evident Software Inc, where he led product engineering for ROI frameworks for shared IT services, and also started the Indian operations. During his association with TATA NELCO and United Parcel Service (UPS) R&D, he has had significant experience in real-time operating systems, distributed computing, network protocol stacks and embedded applications.

Abhijit holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Troy, NY, United States. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Amravati University, Maharashtra, India.

Sridhar Bhaskarala – Country Manager – Managed services

Sridhar’s association with Netsol goes back to the beginning of Netsol, when he was part of the initial team instrumental in giving a swift headstart to the company. He successfully managed delivery of large managed services accounts for Netsol before moving to the US in late 1998. Sridhar joined Netsol in February 2005 as Principal Architect, having managed key technical leadership roles abroad including US. He has over 15 years of experience with large datacenters, mission critical operations and frameworks from his previous associations with Fortune 100 companies in US & other countries.

Sridhar is a post graduate in Electronics and Microprocessors SV University, Tirupati.

Nedunchezhiyan Durai – Country Maintenance Leader – ICS

With over 15 years of experience in the IT service industry, Nedunchezhiyan has varied experience in IT support & services with focus on System Integration, Implementation & Support services. Nedunchezhiyan has been with Netsol for over 10 years and has served in various capacities as Regional Support Manager, Project Manager, Technical Architect, and Network Engineer. Prior to joining Netsol, he was working as Customer Support Engineer for Digital Equipment India Ltd for about 5 years.

Nedunchezhiyan is an A.M.I.E in Computer Engineering from Institute of Engineers, Kolkatta.

Venkatesh Bose – Head, ICS Delivery

Venkatesh has more than 15 years of technical and industry experience in the networking area, ten of which have been with IBM India. In his previous roles within IBM, Venkatesh has been the Regional Engagement Manager - South for ICS SPL within GTS, and handled the South India Srilanka wide pre-sales for networking business as well as ICS Delivery for South India & Srilanka.

Venkatesh is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and certified under the Cisco CCIE™ program.
