Radhika Ramesh—CEO
 A Management Graduate and a Stanford certified Program Manager, Radhika is key member of IBM-GTS India Leadership Team. Radhika has with her 22 years of rich experience across key business and strategic areas - consulting, outsourcing , executing complex global delivery models, customer advocacy, driving standardization and cost optimization initiatives, P&L management, and Quality Initiatives around Six Sigma and Lean. Radhika hold the role of Director – ITS Delivery India/SA and also spearheads the Netsol management team.
Vinod Nair—COO
 Vinod is no stranger to IBM, having held various key positions within IBM. Vinod has been with IBM India since 1997, first in IBM ACS Cabling Services, Cisco and non-Cisco Alliance and then holding key positions in GTS Asia Pacific like Wireless e-Business Services Leader, Digital Media Services Leader, RFID Solution Leader, Program Manager—Storage Services & Information Life Cycle Management and Program Manager—Asia Pacific for Server, Storage & Data Services SPL within GTS.
Vinod is an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer from MG University.
Venkatesh Kumar Ramanujam—CFO
 Venkatesh Kumar Ramanujam brings 18 years of experience in finance & services delivery. Prior to this role he was working with HP Global Soft Private Limited, where he led the Finance and Operations for Global delivery Infrastructure division for four and a half years. Before his stint with HP, Venkatesh was with IBM for nine years in varied roles supporting Baan Application, Migration of erstwhile Tata IBM systems to IBM common system and as AP PCD coordinator.
Venkatesh is a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India.
Jagadish Kumar—CTO
 Jagadish brings a wealth of experience with 14 years of IT experience, nine years of which is in the Networking space. His earlier roles include Solutions Manager for multi SPL bids within Global Technology Services (GTS) in IBM and Head—Country-wide Pre-sales for networking business and IT at Netsol. Jagadish has previously worked for Honeywell ISO and Kindle Banking Systems as their IT Manager.
Jagadish is an Electrical Engineer from Bangalore University.
Shiben Moitra—HR Partner
 Shiben is responsible for overseeing all of the Human Resource functions including Business HR Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & OD, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll Management, HR Compliance and Audit. He is in IBM since 2009 and has led many key HR interventions through the years.
Shiben brings with him more than a decade of well-rounded global experience in Human Resources having worked in L&T and Wipro's India, Middle East and Asia Pacific businesses prior to IBM.
Shiben is a management graduate from SIBM, Pune and was adjudged as the Best all round student of the year. He is an accomplished painter and conducts exhibitions in India. Shiben is actively involved in curriculum development in management institutions and is a member of various professional HR bodies.
Venkatesh Bose—Head, ICS Delivery
 Venkatesh has more than 16 years of technical and industry experience in the Networking area, 11 years of which have been with IBM India. In his previous roles within IBM, Venkatesh has been the Regional Engagement Manager—South for ICS SPL within GTS, and has handled the South India and SriLanka Pre-sales for the Networking business as well as ICS Delivery for South India and SriLanka.
Venkatesh is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and certified under the Cisco CCIE™ program.
Anubha Sehgal—Country Manager, NOCi SWG
 Anubha has more than eighteen years of experience in the IT industry. She has been involved in Technical as well as Management roles. She has been with IBM for more than 11 years handling complex Deliveries, Program/ Project Management, Consulting, Training and technical implementations. She has been a part of the IBM SWG, GBS and now GTS. She is an MCA and a PMI certified PMP. She has worked with multiple customers like Bharti Airtel, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, Times Internet etc to name a few. She has worked for organizations like CMC, NIIT in the past.
Shivashanker Balasubramanian—Country Manager, EUS Delivery
 Shivashanker is the EUS Delivery leader for India/SA for the integrated EUS delivery organisation in ITS. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. He has been involved in the Managed Services (FMS) business for over a decade, besides his experience in the Infrastructure, Networking, Information security, Systems Integration & Implementation Services. An Electronics & Communication engineering graduate, his career spans across Odyssey Technologies, Nexus Computers and Aurelec.
Shivashanker has been instrumental in transforming the EUS Delivery under ITS, putting in place a robust organization to meet the fast changing and challenging market conditions. His innovation and business oriented approach has helped IBM win crucial deals against stiff competition since the time he took up the mantle of Delivery Leader for EUS.
Nedunchezhiyan Durai—Country Maintenance Leader, ICS
 With over 16 years of experience in the IT service industry, Nedunchezhiyan has varied experience in IT Support & Services with a focus on System Integration, Implementation & Support services. Prior to joining Netsol, he worked as Customer Support Engineer for Digital Equipment India Limited for five years. Nedunchezhiyan has been with Netsol for over 10 years and has served in various capacities including Regional Support Manager, Project Manager, Technical Architect, and Network Engineer.
Nedunchezhiyan is an A.M.I.E in Computer Engineering from Institute of Engineers, Kolkata.
T B Ravindranath —Country Manager, Service
Management
 TBR joined IBM in 1997 in Mumbai as Regional Manager -Customer Services in the ITS group. He has held several management positions during his career with IBM. Most of his career has been spent in the Customer support, Customer satisfaction, revenue , business growth, employee satisfaction in areas of management and operations. He was Regional manager , Customer support for 9 years in ITS till 2004 , Then lead Technical Services delivery from 2005 till mid 2008, He lead large projects like RBI, CBDT, BSNL, UBI Bharti, IDBI etc . He lead Service Management in ITD for 18 months till end of 2009 and for the last one year leading Service Management in ITS. s
Before joining IBM in 1997, he was with Fujitsu ICIM in various engineering and managerial roles.His interests include developing service support solutions, escalation / crisis management, operations , quality and coaching.
TBR is graduated in Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in 1975
