Netsol Asset Manager 3.5 is a robust, scalable tool for managing IT and non IT assets. Asset Manager allows IT managers and administrators to record, identify, control and track all assets in their environment. It provides the ability to track assets by various identifiers like location, department, status, history, warranty, invoice, purchase order and other financial information.

Asset Manager includes an ITIL® compliant Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Asset Manager 3.5 is also integrated with Netsol’s ITIL® centric helpdesk (coDesk) and provides insight into issues, incidents, change requests and problems associated with each asset. Typical System Requirements

  • Dependent on scale of IT Infrastructure including number of assets to be managed

  • Application Server and collector(s)- Intel single CPU, 1-2 GB RAM, 40 GB hard disk with Windows XP/2003 OS and MS SQL 2005 database

  • Database, Application Server and collectors can be installed on same or separate servers
